Meaghan Wagner
Meaghan Wagner is a trial lawyer with over two decades of experience. She tried hundreds of cases to verdict. Before entering private practice, Meaghan spent over 15 years as a state prosecutor, where she prosecuted over 100 jury and bench trials, including firearms and homicide cases.
In private practice, Meaghan focuses her practice on representing the accused in high-stakes criminal matters. She also maintains a robust civil practices with a focus on representing companies in civil litigation and elected officials and candidates in election law matters.
An elected official herself, Meaghan is currently a council member in Upper Darby Township (PA) where she has served on the Public Safety Committee, Finance Committee, Zoning Committee, and Law and Government Committee.
Meaghan is also active in the Republican Party at the state and federal level. In 2024, she represented Senator David McCormick and the Republican National Committee in recount litigation in the state. She is currently General Counsel to the Delaware County Republican Party.
Meaghan maintains an active practice involving the law enforcement community. From 2014 to 2029, she was an instructor at the Delaware County Police Academy, where she taught criminal and constitutional law.
