Wally Zimolong is an experienced trial lawyer and constitutional litigator who has built a national reputation representing elected officials, candidates, businesses, individuals, advocacy organizations, and public officials in complex, high-stakes litigation.

Over the course of his career, Wally has served as lead counsel in more than 500 matters in federal and state courts, private arbitration, and administrative proceedings. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and maintains an undefeated jury trial record. In 2022, he obtained one of the Top 100 verdicts in Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on constitutional litigation, election law, high-stakes disputes, labor and employment matters, and government investigations.

Wally is widely recognized for handling politically sensitive and high-profile matters involving constitutional rights, election integrity, free speech, property rights, and government authority. He has represented President Donald J. Trump, the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Republican candidates, elected officials, law enforcement officials and organizations, and advocacy organizations in significant election and constitutional litigation in Pennsylvania and beyond.

During the 2024 election cycle, Wally represented President Trump and the Republican National Committee in multiple election-related matters, including obtaining emergency injunctive relief involving voting access issues in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Following the election, he assisted in coordinating statewide recount and ballot canvassing efforts on behalf of the NRSC and Senator Dave McCormick.

Wally has litigated several notable constitutional cases. He obtained a landmark jury verdict against a sitting Philadelphia City Council member for violating a client's First Amendment rights, represented a student in litigation against the Philadelphia School District involving political speech protections, and secured a federal judgment against the City of Philadelphia involving unconstitutional property seizure claims.

In addition to his election and constitutional practice, Wally has extensive courtroom experience representing businesses, developers, contractors, and employers in complex commercial and labor disputes. He has successfully defended clients in matters involving union campaigns, government investigations, unfair labor practice allegations, and regulatory enforcement actions. He also has significant experience handling matters involving the Department of Justice, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board.

Known for his practical courtroom approach and willingness to take difficult cases to trial, Wally is frequently retained in matters where the stakes are high, the legal issues are complex, and the public scrutiny is significant.

In addition to his litigation practice, Wally serves on the Executive Board of the Republican National Lawyers Association and chairs the RNLA's Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter. He has been recognized by City & State Pennsylvania as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania shaping federal and state political policies and has been selected to Super Lawyers for multiple consecutive years.
